1. General provisions
1.1. The clinic operates in accordance with its internal rules, veterinary legislation of the Russian Federation, consumer protection law and other legislative acts of the Russian Federation and its constituent entities.
1.2. All veterinary services, consumables and preparations are subject to a fee. The price of services is indicated in the clinic's price list.
1.2.1. When providing services for inpatient treatment, surgical interventions, anaesthesiological assistance, and invasive procedures, the clinic draws up a contract, which is signed by the owner (or authorised representative). When signing the contract, the owner (or authorised representative) must have their passport with them.
1.3 Minors who come to the clinic with an animal will only be served after consultation with an adult owner. Otherwise, the minor may be denied service. If the animal is in critical condition but it is impossible to contact the adult owner, the animal will be given the necessary first aid without consultation. All further treatment measures are carried out only after obtaining the consent of the adult owner of the animal, after signing a contract for the provision of paid veterinary services.
1.4. An extract from the patient's medical history is prepared within ten days upon written request of the owner and certified by the head of the department or the chief physician.
1.5 Photography and video recording are prohibited on the premises of the clinic.
2. Rules of conduct in the clinic
2.1. Visitors to the clinic are required to comply with the requirements set by the staff.
2.2. Owners must prevent any contact between animals: dogs must be kept on a leash and muzzled, cats must be kept in carriers, and small domestic and exotic animals (rodents, birds, reptiles) must be kept in cages or containers.
2.3. Restraining animals.
2.3.1. The clinic staff is not responsible for injuries sustained by the owner from their own animal.
2.4. If the animal owner fails to comply with the prescribed instructions and does not follow the treatment regimen, the medical staff is not responsible for the outcome of the treatment, and the clinic administration has the right to refuse further veterinary care.
2.5. The clinic has the right to refuse service to clients in the absence of therapeutic cooperation.
Therapeutic cooperation is the interaction between the animal owner and the attending physician, based on trust and mutual understanding in the interests of the animal's health.
Refusal to comply with the attending physician's instructions is equivalent to a lack of therapeutic cooperation.
2.5.1 The Clinic has the right to refuse service to clients in the event of aggressive or inappropriate behaviour on the part of the Patient's Owner (aggressive behaviour includes offensive remarks or other actions directed at Clinic staff or visitors to the Clinic).
2.5.2 The Clinic has the right to refuse service if the Patient Owner provides the Clinic with incomplete, inaccurate, or knowingly false information and data about the Patient's health.
2.5.3 The Clinic has the right to refuse service to clients who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
